Home Biceps And Triceps Workout. Today we’ll be going through 2 KILLER supersets to target the Biceps and Triceps! Word of warning; this workout is gruesome and will be very tough to finish. I personally will be using a pair of 35lb dumbbells, and drop to 30lbs at about the half-way point. You may need to adjust your weights partway as well…this home workout is no joke!
